
Mr. Bayles began his career with an AA from Dixie State College in 1990 before obtaining a BA from Weber State University in 1993. He then went on to Washburn University to earn an MBA from their School of Business in 1994, and a JD from their School of Law and a tax proficiency certificate in 1997. He is a member of the Southern Utah Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Bayles has been recognized for his work many times. He has held an AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale-Hubbell since 2014, and held a BV rating since 2003. He was named one of Utah's Legal Elite from the State's Top Lawyers as Voted by Their Peers, one of Utah's Legal Elite from Estate Planning in 2004, and the Wall Street Journal gave him an Award in Economics in 1992. He has also authored numerous articles published in professional journals and has presented and lectured at conferences, conventions, colleges and seminars on topics in his fields of expertise.

After graduating with honors from Brigham Young University in English, he continued his education at the J. Reuben Clark Law School where he served as the Executive Editor for the Education and Law Journal. Since his graduation from law school in 1996, he has been actively involved in local politics, in his local church congregation and on several community organizations, including serving as President of the Erin Kimball Foundation & the Southern Utah Bar Association, as a member of the Southern Utah Home Builders Association's Education Committee, as well as serving as a county party chair for two years. Currently he is actively engaged in his local congregation.
Though he pursued the law, Robert hasn't been able to leave the construction industry behind. Mr. Jensen regularly lectures and teaches seminars for local contractors and companies. His greatest desire in his construction practice is to teach contractors the benefit of investing in thorough contract creation and review on the front end of things, saving clients from endless litigation and hassle. He has been awarded Utah's Legal Elite in Utah Business from 2008-2011, Service Member of the Year from SUBHA in 2013, and AV Rating with Martindale-Hubbell in 2017.
Mr. Jensen's happy place is the Lake Powell - He believes it to be the best and only possible vacation option, though you can also find him mountain biking with his kids, participating in politics, leading his church congregation, and enjoying quality time with his family.

Mr. Spendlove obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Utah State University. After which he received a Juris Doctorate from George Mason University, School of Law in Arlington Virginia. He is a member of the Utah Bar Association, Southern Utah Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Spendlove has received the recognition of his peers in the legal community, holding an AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale-Hubble and voted by other lawyers in Utah as one of Utah’s Legal Elite in the area of Civil Litigation. He has also taught legal training to other attorneys on issues including disputes over trusts and estates, real estate, and construction defect.
Mr. Spendlove is a graduate of Hurricane High School. He and his family enjoy taking advantage of all of the outdoor and off road opportunities available in Southern Utah. He also has an interest in anything with a motor and wheels.

Mr. Gubler earned his Bachelors degree from Dixie State College in 2002. He then went on to Washburn University School of Law to earn a JD where he served as the President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society (2003-2004), a Student Research Editor (2003), and a member of the Business Law Society. He is a member of the Southern Utah Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Gubler received an AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale-Hubbell in 2017 and has received countless accolades from satisfied clients.

Mr. Lee got his BS from the University of Utah in Economics in 2007. After taking time off from school and working in retail, Cory attended law school at the University of Missouri – Columbia, focusing his studies on tax and gaining extensive exposure to tax law through an externship with IRS Office of Chief Counsel (2014), serving as the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) coordinator at the law school (2015), taking first place in the Transactional Law Competition (2015) and earning a Tax Law Certificate, with honors. Additionally, Cory served in the J. Reuben Clark Society in various capacities, most notably as Co-Chair of the Event Planning Committee (2013-2014) and as the Student Committee Board Chair (2014-2015). After law school, Cory went to the University of Florida Levin College of Law and earned a Masters of Law (LLM) in Taxation.
After graduating from the University of Florida, Mr. Lee worked in New York City for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Tax Mergers and Acquisition department, where he was exposed to complex tax matters in working with Fortune 500 companies.


Her experience in working for an Accounting Firm and H&R Block sharpened her skills in Tax Preparation and has dealt on issues with the IRS, Franchise Tax Board and the State Board of Equalization. In her previous company, she was the lead in the production of extensive documentation required by the IRS Agents during and until the conclusion of the Audit.
She can initiate and execute tasks with utmost consideration on the company’s success. She makes executive decisions within the bounds of her authority. Every employer she has had can vouch for her capacity to deliver highly professional and quality labor.
Gemma balances work and family. She’s married to a school teacher who retired recently. She has a beautiful daughter who gives her joy. In her free time enjoys making movies and playing chess. She believes in quality over quantity. Gemma likes to say, “Life is too short but there’s a lot to get done. You need to identify your deadlines, so you can beat them.”

Adam was awarded an Eagle Scout award from the Boy Scouts of America. He graduated from Desert Hills High School in 2018 with high honors. Adam has earned an academic scholarship to Dixie State University and is currently enrolled in classes there pursuing a degree in business and preparing to take the LSAT.

Wendi is married to Rick Perkins and they have two children, Zach and Katie; and two beautiful grand-daughters. They are eagerly awaiting the birth of their first grandson in November. Zach received his Bachelor Degree in English and has been accepted to Western Michigan Law School beginning Fall of 2018. Katie will be a Senior at Dixie State University and will receive her Bachelor Degree in Health Communication in May, 2019. Together Rick and Wendi enjoy traveling, boating and 4 wheeling. Wendi and her family are avid golfers and have a passion for the outdoors.



Annie graduated from Marlborough High School in 2017 with high honors after a year full of AP classes, A Capella Choirs, Orchestra and working nearly full-time. Now that she is newly married she loves spending time with her husband and her family. You can often find her using a musical instrument, painting, or making the ones around her laugh.





Lindsay works remotely while attending Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas.
Lindsay holds a BS with Magna Cum Laude in communication with from Dixie State University.
